Due to growing demand, Nigerian airline Air Peace has expanded its capacity on the London route.
An official message on X, the former Twitter, bearing the signature of the airline’s management announced that extra seats were now available for people who wanted to fly with the airline to London.
“We have chosen to enhance the capacity on the route due to overwhelming demand and interest in our London route,” the announcement states. This indicates that additional seats are now accessible.
"Air Peace is grateful for the assistance of the Nigerian community in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. We are grateful for this opportunity and will keep working hard to make the entire nation proud.
Air Peace has warned travelers wishing to book a flight to the United Kingdom to beware of scammers who have imitated its official website. Air Peace began operating a daily route to Gatwick London on March 30, 2024.
The airline said in a post on X that the phony website’s designers utilized some of their online identity collateral.
The notice says as follows: “We are alerting you to the presence of a website, www.flyairpeace.uk,” that is misleading people into believing it is an official website and taking advantage of them.
We would like to take ownership of this bogus website and distance ourselves from the Air Peace brand. www.flyairpeace.com continues to be the sole and official website of Air Peace.
“The website is impersonating Air Peace and evacuating passengers; members of the public should completely ignore it.”
