Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho was on target for Leicester City in their 3 - 1 win over Derby County with Midfielder Wilfred Ndidi also participating.
It was Iheanacho’s first start in pre season when the foxes locked horns with English League one side Derby County in their fourth pre season game.
Having suffered a setback in his comeback from his 3 month injury lay-off, Wilfred Ndidi was also in action.
Leicester City were the better side in the first half, but failed to find the back of the net. Iheanacho and Daka looked sharp in front, and constantly ran through the defence line of Derby.
However, the Foxes’ quality was too much for Derby to contain in the second half, as Iheanacho struck a well-placed shot with his left foot into the net.
