The Nigerian air force (NAF) says it has blown off a building used as a meeting venue by Boko Haram insurgents** **in Boboshe area of Sambisa forest in Borno state.
In a statement issued on Monday, Ibikunle Daramola, NAF director of public relations and information, said many of the insurgents were killed during the aerial attack on Sunday.
According to Daramola, the attack was launched after days of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions confirmed that the building was used as an operational base of the insurgents.
