President Bola Tinubu has called for discussion and a swift stop to the statewide protests that began on Thursday.
Tinubu, who stated that his administration is willing to listen to and address protesters’ issues, confirmed that he has heard their voices “loud and clear.”
“I hereby enjoin protestors and organizers to cease any further demonstration and make place for conversation, to which I have always agreed at the earliest opportunity,” he said in a countrywide broadcast on Sunday morning about the #EndBadGovernance protests.
